PR Account Coordinator

About Cultural Counsel

Cultural Counsel is a New York-based communications consultancy. Founded in 2015, we have grown to encompass a dedicated team of PR professionals, journalists, artists, and designers, who all share a deep understanding of today’s media and communications environment.

Our clients represent some of the most innovative and impactful cultural institutions and brands working in the fields of contemporary art, design, fashion, film, philanthropy, and hospitality. Collaborating to shape and articulate their missions, amplify their voices, and elevate their work, we facilitate lasting contributions to the global cultural conversation, and drive it forward.

We are seeking a full-time Account Coordinator with experience in arts and culture communications to join our result-oriented team.  Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the Account Coordinator will assist the team with daily tasks, help implement high-impact earned media strategies, craft a wide variety of communications materials, support the management of several key accounts, and oversee an intern. This is a dynamic role in a fast-growing firm, with significant possibilities for growth. The job will require occasional travel, and work on events that may take place on nights and weekends.

While we are still working remotely, applicants should be based in New York City or the tri-state area.
